The time it takes for our cleaners to clean a house varies based on size and the level of cleaning required. For a typical two- or three-bedroom home, it might take around 3 to 4 hours. A deep clean of a 1,500-square-foot home can take 4 to 6 hours, while a 3,000-square-foot home might require 8 to 10 hours for a standard clean.
Our minimum booking length is 3 hours, but you can always request a longer booking if you need one. Depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have, our checkout process will automatically scale your booking to the recommended amount of time for a home of your size.
Our house cleaning services start at £17 an hour. However, if you need things like interior window cleaning or oven cleaning, the price may increase since they take a bit more time and require special tools.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives us enough time to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to someone else. If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours’ notice, there may be a cancellation fee. We understand that things come up, so we’ll always do our best to accommodate any changes.
If you have a washing machine and/or dryer in your home, your professional can absolutely wash and fold your laundry for you! Be sure to add it as an extra during the checkout process so the professional can be sure to set aside enough time to clean your home and still have time for laundry (it will add an extra hour onto your booking).
Yes, we provide all the cleaning supplies needed, saving you the trouble of purchasing them yourself. But if you’d prefer our cleaners to use your own products, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to do so.
Our regular home cleaning starts at £17 per hour and covers basic tasks like cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and dusting. Deep cleaning, starting at £22 per hour, includes more detailed tasks like cleaning inside cupboards and appliances. For specialised services like carpet cleaning or post-party cleanup, prices vary, and custom quotes are available.
