Welcome to London House Cleaners. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Company Information
London House Cleaners Ltd (Company No. 15395756) operates as a professional cleaning services company based in London. Our registered address is 22 Ambleside Avenue, Streatham, London, SW16 1QP.
2. Services Provided
- We provide domestic and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to regular house cleaning, deep cleaning, and end of tenancy cleaning.
- All services are subject to availability and confirmation of booking.
3. Independent Vendor Relationships
- In some cases, London House Cleaners works in partnership with independent, vetted cleaning providers (“Vendors”).
- When a Vendor is assigned, they are considered your direct service provider. Payments for such services are made directly to the Vendor, either via our platform or through the agreed method.
- London House Cleaners acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or claims arising directly from the Vendor’s actions or omissions.
4. Liability and Damages
- While our cleaners and Vendors take the utmost care when working in your property, London House Cleaners does not accept liability for:
- Normal wear and tear of household items.
- Damage due to poor condition, age, or fragility of items being cleaned.
- Pre-existing damage or defects in your property or furnishings.
- Indirect, consequential, or financial losses (including lost rent, loss of use, or business interruption).
- In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused during a service, you must notify London House Cleaners in writing within 24 hours of the service taking place.
5. Payments and Pricing
- All prices are clearly displayed at the time of booking. Minimum booking durations apply.
- Payments are required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- For Vendor-assigned jobs, payment terms may differ and will be communicated prior to service confirmation.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged at the full booking rate.
7. Access to Property
- It is your responsibility to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled service time.
- If access is not possible (e.g., no one present, incorrect keys provided), the booking may be treated as a cancellation and charged in full.
8. Insurance and Guarantees
- All London House Cleaners’ employees and approved Vendors are fully insured.
- Every service is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, we will re-clean the affected area at no extra cost if reported within 24 hours.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
